![]() ![]() ![]() If I then connect directly to the server, I can delete that file and then try to recreate the folder, which usually works. I made the mistake of mentioning that I had received errors in Sublime relating to the SFTP extension that I use to connect and create content and they continue to focus on that aspect - even tho I've had the same problem with 2 other programs that use different methods but encounter the same problem: instead of creating a new folder, a new file gets created. Even more unfortunately, I don't think they're looking at the real problem. So far, HG's Tech Support has been unable to find a solution. I've been using Sublime and FileZilla for years - using the same process - without any problems until a week or so ago. I've encountered the same issue with Sublime Text, VS Code and FileZilla. ![]() I've been using HostGator (HG) as a web hosting service since 2014 and haven't had too many issues until about a week ago.Now, when I try to create a remote folder a new file gets created instead. ![]()
